Enrollment at Lakes Child Care
Thank you for your interest in Lakes Child Care. We offer a small, home-based program focused on play-based learning, social development, and individualized care in a nurturing environment.
Because our program maintains low child-to-teacher ratios, enrollment is limited. This allows us to provide more personalized attention than larger child care centers and public school settings.
Ages Served & Program Capacity
Lakes Child Care serves children from 2 months through 5 years of age.
Our licensed family child care program has a maximum capacity of 12 children and is staffed by two teachers, allowing us to maintain low child-to-teacher ratios and provide more individualized care than larger child care centers and public school settings.
Enrollment availability varies by age group, schedule needs, and current enrollment.

Enrollment Process
How the Enrollment Process Works
- Submit the Enrollment Interest & Waitlist Form
Families interested in current or future openings begin by completing our Enrollment Interest & Waitlist Form through Brightwheel. An information flyer will be sent with our current rates.
- Review & Matching
Submitted forms are reviewed based on availability, age group, schedule needs, and overall program fit.
- Family Contact
Families will be contacted if their child is a potential match for an available opening. A tour can be scheduled if your needed start date is within 6 months.
- Registration & Enrollment
Families selected to move forward will be invited to complete official registration paperwork and enrollment requirements.
Important Enrollment Notes
- There is no obligation when submitting an Enrollment Interest & Waitlist Form
- Submission of an interest form does not guarantee enrollment
- Openings are offered based on availability and program fit
- Tuition rates, schedules, and policies in effect at the time of enrollment apply
- Families may be asked to confirm interest within a specified time frame when an opening is offered
